Brief Answer:
Provide more details and reports

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and attached images.
Please provide more clinical details.

Is there any headache, vomiting, fever, urinary complains, seizures, loss of consciousness, behavioral changes, forgetfulness, agitation, walking difficulty, falls, weakness in any limbs?

Duration of complains?
Any previous illness?

CSF related diseases can be normal pressure hydrocephalous, low pressure hydrocephalous or any infection.

Upload any doctor prescription to get some relevant information about examination findings.

CT images are also not complete and MRI is better than CT for such disease.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.

Respected Doctor XXXXXXX

He is not having any headache, vomiting, fever, seizures, loss of consciousness, behavioral changes, agitation, walking difficulty, falls, weakness in any limbs?

But he is having hyper urination, forgetfulness only recently, walking difficulty due to continuous sitting in the wheel chair and all the limbs seems to be normal and responsive.

We have not used any medicines for any other reason. He is not diabetic or hypertensive. A very calm going person who had ascetic life.

Brief Answer:
Visit a neurologist and get Mri brain done

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Possibility of normal pressure hydrocephalus is likely.
You need to consult and visit a neurologist for examination and evaluation.
Mri brain is required. Csf scintigraphy may be done too.
Tapping of csf and shunt may be useful in some cases.
Drugs like acetazolamide may be used too.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
