Question: I have developed a non itchy rash on my foot after being at the beach for the weekend. What could this be and how can I treat it? It doesn't hurt at all and is flat.

Using calamine lotion for local application and taking anti histamines like cetirizine (zyrtec) will be helpful. Cetirizine you can take once daily for 5 days. These are available as over the counter.
