Question: Hi I just had I think stomach flu I just got over the nausea and went thru some diarrhea after that with a low grade headache. Now that I can eat again everything tastes funny even water. Should I be worried?

Thanks for posting a query,

The is no term called as stomach flu. It is a viral Gastroenteritis. The taste change is because of the post viral effect. It is normal condition, need not bother much.

Try sucking candies or take sips of water.
Avoid some sort of foods like dairy products, caffeine, alcohol and nicotine.

Taste will be fine in few days.
