Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I read your message and understood your concern.

First, I need to know more about other health conditions you may have. Some medications may cause metallic taste such as antihistamines drugs and some antibiotics.

Also, upper respiratory infections, ear infections, and central nervous system conditions may promote taste changes.

Disorders of blood such anaemia and gastrointestinal disorders like reflux can contribute in these symptoms.

Nausea could be due to possible gastroenteritis. If you had vomiting too, that might be the cause to metallic taste due to stomach hyperacidity.

If you can give me further information about the drugs you take and the diseases you already have it would be great.

For the moment, I can only advise to keep good oral hygiene, lemon soda and rinse your mouth frequently. Avoid spicy/chilly/fried/oily foods.

If symptoms will persist, should consult with your physician as further tests are required especially those to detect gallbladder problems.

Hope this was helpful for you.
Looking forward to have the requested information in.
