Brief Answer:
Milia extraction, tretinoin cream & sunscreen

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, a dermatologist.
Milia are common in persons exposed to sun.
The best treatment for them is to remove them with an extractor.
It is a minor office procedure requiring 20-30 minutes.
If you want to avoid any procedure you can try using tretinoin 0.05 percent cream on the milia at night along with a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire face during the day time at intervals of 3-4 hours.
You need to continue this for atleast 3-4 weeks to be effective.
It is a prescription drug and should be used under the supervision of the doctor.

Dr Asmeet
