Brief Answer:
What is your current weight and height?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am a physician associated with endocrinology department in the past. As your question is attended for long time, I shall take this opportunity to address it.

Yes, your TSH is elevated suggesting hypothyroid state. It could be a cause of memory issue. I understand you mentioned your body weight is normal and is neither increasing nor decreasing; but I would be interested to know your current (exact) weight and height.

You need to be started on thyroid supplements right away. And the treatment should be followed up by your physician personally.

Please provide me your weight and height.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Thyroid supplement necessary..

Detailed Answer:
With a weight of 68 kg and TSH value above 10, I would start thyroid supplement immediately. If I were your treating physician, I would start you on thyronorm 100mcg once a day half an hour before breatkfast and repeat TSH tests after 6 weeks.

At 68kg, you weight at the upper border of normal. It would be beneficial to shed some 8-10 kg weight.

I would also recommend you visiting a physician. Further tests such as anti TPO antibody testing is entailed.

Please visit a physician / endocrinologist and discuss my suggestions.

Regards
