Brief Answer:
Needs further investigation and lifestyle management. Medication physiotherapy

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Low back pain can be due to numerous reasons like slip disc, fractures, spinal bone slippage, infection etc.

Also bad posture like forward bending, letting heavy weights can aggravate back pain, so if any of this is there, then kindly avoid them. You can do back strengthening exercises from a qualified physiotherapist.

You can take Tablet Diclofenac with Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days after meals and Tablet Ranitidine 150 mg twice a day for 5 days before meals.

Apply warm wet cloth to the painful regions thrice a day.

You can get an X-ray of the lumbosacral spine if the pain isn't relieved within 3 weeks and review with me.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
