Brief Answer:
Looks to be related to muscles or hernia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Female/64 - pain in lower left abdomen - 1 week - irritating - does not really hurt - does not bother at all when sitting or laying down - bowels fine - no problems urinating - tried Ibuprofen ...

As per the history you have provided, this looks to be either muscular or can be starting of a hernia although it is rare in females.
Please check if there is bulge on forceful coughing.
Also check if local pressure increases the irritation.
Continue Ibuprofen.

Since the bowels are fine and there are no urinary complaints there is not much to worry about and it does not hurt.

Take care, be watchful as advised and let me know if there is any additional development, additional history or so.
Please give follow up.

With regards.
