Question: I have pain in my lower left abdomen. Pain goes to left testicle. Hurts after ejaculation. My family doctor thought it might be a hernia so I had an ultrasound which came up negative. He's sending me to a urologist however it's 4 month wait.

Brief Answer:
It is most likely Funiculitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello & welcome to Health Care Magic.
Thank you for your question.
It looks like there is a mild infection in your spermatic cord(called Funiculitis) that was the reason for the colored semen.
I suggest you get a Semen culture done at any Lab.
This will tell whether there is infection & what is the infecting agent.
It will also guide as to what medicine(Antibiotic) to be taken to get cured.
You have to remember that the antibiotic must be taken for at least ten to 14 days for complete cure & then you would be fine.
Take care & do let me know the report so I can guide you further.
