Brief Answer:
Chances are less

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Spontaneous passage of stones from the ureter depends upon the size of the bladder stone, and the normal anatomy and structure of ureter and bladder.
In pregnancy, there is compression of the ureters by the pregnant enlarged uterus, so the chances of spontaneous passage is less .
I will suggest you to consult a urologist for proper examination, investigations and treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
