Question: one of my twin kid sleeps only for 8 hours in total. he is 2.5 months old. is it okay

Thanks for asking on this platform

Sleep pattern in early infancy may vary and it may take upto 6 months to get it normal.
I won't get overly worried if otherwise baby is doing well like feed,activity (not very irritable,lethargic),passing urine/stool normally and growing well.
I suggest you to wait for few more months and observe for any other obvious abnormality and if you notice any get him evaluated by a pediatrician.
