Brief Answer:
Candidal balanoposthitis most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM..

it seems that most probably you may be having candidal balanoposthitis. It is caused by fungus called Candida albicans. Wetness, soap, poor hygiene or low immunity might precipitate the disease. If you have posted photograph, I would have sure diagnosis. However, you consult the dermatologist for the proper diagnosis.

I would suggest....

- short course of antibiotic like amox clav 625 mg, 2 times daily for 7 days.
- antihistaminics like desloratidine
- anti fungal like itroconazole. These medicines need to be prescribed by a doctor.
- apply antibiotic and anti fungal cream
- avoid soap bath
- Sitz bath in water mixed with few drops of dettol
- improve immunity
- improve hygiene

I hope you might recover after few weeks treatment.

I hope this would be helpful to you.

Thanks.
