Brief Answer:
Dietary preferences mentioned, seek nutritionist

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking!
Diet is thought to have an important role in the immunopathogenesis and treatment of inflammatory and irritable bowel diseases.Avoiding milk specially cow milk and other allergenic ones are usually quite a trigger for the bowel disease.Refined sugars to be avoided.avoid dietary intake of total fat, animal fat, n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), animal protein, milk protein and the ratio of n-6 to n-3 fatty acid intake.
Consumption of long-chain omega-3 fatty acids (LCN-omega-3) with dietary fibers supplements are advised and have been reported as helpful.
protein energy malnutrition and deficiencies of trace elements and vitamins are very common and need to be addressed in bowel inflammatory disease.so is the deficiency of vitamin b12 and folates and iron supplements as their absorption is quite compromised.
fibre-rich, unrefined-carbohydrate die with probiotics supplementations, Plantago ovata seeds (dietary fibre that upon fermentation in the colon yields butyrate),Germinated barley foodstuff (GBF) is a prebiotic that effectively increases luminal butyrate production by stimulating the growth of protective bacteria, Glutamine-supplemented food brands,Fish Oil and n-3 Omega Fatty Acids are some of the food supplements that has shown promising results in such scenarios.
I hope you see the answer quite enough. Seek your dietitian and gastroenterologist for further management of the trouble from both deterrence and preventive as well as pharmacotherapeutic point of view.
I hope it helps.Don't forget to close the discussion please.
Take care

Difficult for me to understand your answer since most of your words are unknown to me. Don't know where to begin to even ask what you mean. Could you simplify your answer so I could understand what foods would be beneficial, such as a list of what foods in general categories would be allowed.

Also did you mean a probiotic or prebiotic should be taken? Thank you.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you again miss XXXXX!
You asked for food supplements i mentioned their names. I am afraid it could be no more simpler. Yes probiotics, they are very helpful in gut issues. In nutshell to make it simple, eat all foods which are easily digestible with more fiber in it. Avoid western diets and all the gut unfriendly ones.
You would need a dietitian for the complete list of food and a complete dietary regimen for further management.
I am sorry if i wasn't simple but i tried my best to be. Its just the dos and don'ts.
I hope it helps
Take care
