Brief Answer:
I think zolpidem will be most appropriate

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

From the available description it appears to me that you are better in regard to de[pression and osteoarthritis with current medication but the issue of insomnia not yet resolved.

In the current scenario I feel you need to stop Temazepam, not a primary sedative for a 74 year young women, and need to start something which is less harmful and more powerful. In that regard I will recommend zolpidem 10 mg at bed time.

In case this has already been tried Zopiclone 3.75 mg will be the next alternative.

I hope this helps you.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

Brief Answer:
Dose of naproxen can be increased if no response

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

For the pain relief Aleve (naproxen) is good option and can be used 15-20 mg per kg per dose. If your current dose is below this the dose can be increased for pain relief.

In case your dose is already as per the standard dose of naproxen and the pain relief is still issue hydroxycodone or oxycodone can be used. These are the prescription only medication and you need to discuss this with your doctor or pain specialist.

I hope this helps you further.
Thanks and regards.
