Brief Answer:
Would not help

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking An healthcaremagic.

I have gone through the query understand your concerns. Interesting contains cells called melanocytes which produces a pigment called melanin that colours our skin. Production of these cells is not complete at birth and gradually progresses with advancement of age. That is the reason that the colour of skin of your daughter was light at birth and darkened with time. Chances are that there is some scope of darkness still left. There is no medicine, cream or powder that can help in lightening the skin on long term basis. I do not think that Sebamed cream would help. I would suggest you to stop trying to make a difference in the colour of skin.

Nothing would help.

Unfortunately nothing is going to work. You should not try anything. Just continue to exclusively breast feed the baby. That will ensure that proper health gets ascertained for her.

There are certain things that we are born with. We cannot change that. But there is a lot that can be done thereafter in order to make people appreciate our being. You can bring up your daughter to be a person that everyone admires. Teach her well. Boost her self confidence (in time) and looks would hardly matter.

Brief Answer:
It is meaningless to try.

Detailed Answer:
As I mentioned, it is meaningless to try. I would not suggest you to use turmeric and other stuff on the skin of a child of such a tender age. Please accept the skin colour of your child. Stop fighting it.
