Brief Answer:
Phytoestrogen and tibolone can be used.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us. I am trying to solve your problem.

1) Hot flash is quite common post-menopausal symptom. Vaginal estradiol cream is commonly used. Alternatively, PHYTOESTROGEN can be used.

Several studies shows that phytoestrogens (plant estrogen) like isoflavones is quite effective to treat post-menopausal symptoms and has protective mechanism against breast or endometrial carcinoma, by reducing endogenous estrogen level. You can take soy, beans, peas, lentils, whole grains, rye, millet etc which contain plant estrogen. Drink more water along with it.

2) Tibolone (synthetic drug) is also used to treat vasomotor symptoms (like Hot flashes etc). It can be given with or without estrogen supplement.

Hope I have answered your query. Wish your good health and take care.
