Question: My blood pressure is 181 over 95, went to my doctor this morning and the first reading was 192 ove 120, the second one was 184 over 100 and the one the doctor took was 202 over 110. He raised my medication and added another one. My sister was a nurse and she told me to get my butt to the hospital. What should I do?

Brief Answer:
if no symptoms at all should be ok but if symptoms present should be seen

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to be concerned, it is quite possible that you may be ok but you may need to be assessed thoroughly if this was not done at your visit.
High readings like this can lead to hypertensive emergencies in some cases, though not most.
In most persons once the medication is used, a decrease in readings is seen.

A hypertensive emergency encompass a number of different signs and symptoms where uncontrolled high blood pressures lead to severe organ damage including stroke. When this is present the blood pressure needs to be reduced as soon as possible
Eg stroke or other brain disease, acute kidney damage, heart attack, heart failure,

In the vast majority of persons with these readings , there are no complications but it can be ruled out.

It is possible that your doctor ruled this out at the visit.
Heart-symptoms that would occur if present are chest pain, shortness of breath. Would have assessed heart rate, listen to lungs for fluid which would cause shortness of breath

Brain- loss of consciousness, seizures, disturbance of vision- doctor may have taken a look into the back of the eyes to check for any bleeds.
May have done a neuro examination

Kidney- blood tests for kidney function

If you have no symptoms at all, then it is likely that you should be okay, you can consider taking the new medication and the others and rechecking in two to three hours.
If you have any of these symptoms or you are still very concerned or have a previous history of heart disease or stroke, it would be best to be assessed as soon as possible.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
