Ziblok-25 is Atenolol 25mg – Beta Blocker / The dose is up to 100 mg in a day
It may be doubled – TAKE CARE – it may bring down the heart rate

There are many CLASSES of drugs / There are several drugs in each class
Some are - Calcium Channel Blocker (CCB) / Beta- Blocker / Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE) Inhibitor / Diuretic / Angiotensin Receptor Blocker (ARB) / Direct Renin Inhibitor,,,
Each drug has a dose range. /they may be given in different permutation / combination

Generally, we add CCB like Amlodipine 2.5 or 5 mg and watch… / may add a Diuretic later…
Usually the treating doctor chooses a drug depending on associated conditions, contraindications and so on – as an example: if the heart rate is high, if there is ichemia- a beta blocker is the choice. / If there is heart failure, ACEI (Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (Ace) Inhibitor) or ARB (Angiotensin Receptor Blocker) / In asthma – CCB / and so on, so forth. There are other factors like local availability, affordability, compliance and so on.
The treating doctor alone could conclude better based on total clinical picture…
