Brief Answer:
You should start antibiotic.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Thick Yellowish phlegm suggests lung infection.
So antibiotics (levofloxacin or azithromycin), mucolytic (N acetyl cystine-NAC) should be started.
If rotahaler is not suitable then you should start MDI (meter dose inhaler) with spacer.
Since all these are prescribed medications, you need pulmonologist 's prescription for them.
Please let me know
1. Do you smoke?
2. Which rota caps do you use?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Continue with duolin Nebulization and Mucinac.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
If you continue smoking, your symptoms won't subside completely.
So better to quit smoking as soon as possible.
For COPD, you should continue duolin Nebulization and Mucinac tablet.
I again put emphasis on smoking cessation.
You can continue duolin Nebulization and Mucinac tablet for longer time.
Hope I have solved your query.

Brief Answer:
You might be having sinusitis related headache.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Sorry for late reply as I was busy.
Yes, headache and Yellowish phlegm might be associated.
Both are these are seen with sinusitis.
So possibility of sinus infection is more likely.
So take Enzoflam tablet (1/2 tablet thrice daily).
It will reduce pain (headache) and inflammation (sinusitis).
Also do steam inhalation and warm water gargles 5-6 times a day.
Hope I have solved your query. If you are not having further queries, then please close the conversation and rate my answer.
