Question: Hello. for the first time I gave blood for donation on Saturday. that day I was feeling ok but from Monday when I look at the phone my vision does not seem to be right and also computer. I think my body is still adjusting against low hb count. how can I improve this as till today I feel the same and getting mild head and neck aches.

Moreover they collect blood only after checking your hemoglobin levels if it is adequate.
Even if you find weakness, drink plenty of fluids, take high carbohydrate diet like juices, fruits, breads.
Take frequent meals at short intervals.
You can take jaggery(Gud) and green leafy vegetables in your meals as they contain high quantity of iron too.
