Question: Hi,
I shifted to XXXXXXX 10 months back and I fall ill in every 1-2 months. The sequence of illness is chills and fever. Every time doctors say that I have caught Viral. This is happening only since last 10 months. Earlier I was in another city and was in the pink of good health with no health issue. Please guide as how this every month viral can be cured permanently.

Hi,

I understand your concern. However there are no means to permanently prevent viral illness. It spreads easily from one person to another through air droplets, water and other source. An individual who has inadequate body defence (immune system) are easily exposed to common virus and fall sick.

As I read you have recently moved into a new city. Perhaps the change in environment, inadequate nutrition, stressors, inadequate personal hygeine are the reasons why you are falling sick often. I will suggest you to improve your nutrition - eat healthy foods, include fruits and vegetables and never skip food. Rest adequately to manage stress, involve in physical exercise / yoga and maintain personal hygeine. These measures will prevent the number of viral infections. You may also get blood counts and blood sugar checked.
