Brief Answer:
Questions so that I can advise.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

What is your height? Taller people weigh more than less tall, so that factor needs to be added in. Also, what is your gender?

Also, what do you think was the reason you gained 9 kg in 6 months? Was your appetite greater? Did you have more stress? Did you change the types of food you ate or exercise less?

Weight gain can be due to a number of factors. The cause of your weight gain needs to be identified first. Some causes are:

Less exercise/more sedentary
More food because of increased appetite
Change in the diet to more carbohydrates, fewer vegetables
Some medications
Thyroid disease
Other endocrine disorders

Do any of these apply to you?

Hope I have answered your query.
