Also avoid driving late at night or in early mornings or in timings where a person can doze more frequently.

Also brain stimulants like caffeine in coffee products which at contain amphetamines may help to keep brain active for longer than usual though in higher doses is associated with certain side effects including dependance and cardiac arrythmias.

Avoid driving with full stomach and keep a small slit or place opened in windows pans. Listening to music or other such distractors which may not let you fall asleep easily but also not major distractors to take away your concentration from the road.
