Question: I have a problem with getting an erection, getting the right penetration & problem holding on to that erection. I attended group meeting where there were men in their mid seventies and older had gone through surgical procedure involving by inserting a type of instrument by inflating with air to erect the penis by air into the install strips of the penis at will to acquire sexual intercourse then one would have that same option of releasing the air inflation at the end of the session.
