Suggest Remedies For Eczema On The Neck And Cheek

Question: Hi, I developed eczema-like rash on the back of my neck and check a few days ago and now I am itching all over as well. Last night I noticed discoloration and leathery peeling skin with itching under both breasts. The discoloration covers a large area under my breasts. Also my areolas are itching and peeling. I don't know what is causing all of this. Can you advise? Thank you.
