Suggest Remedies For Dark Lips Caused By Smoking

Question: 28 yrs old male. My lips have become dark due to smoking. they were very red before. pls suggest some effective & early resolution to get back the color.

I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.
You may use elocon cream, twice daily for 2 weeks.
Also take a tablet of vit C once daily (Tab. Celin)
Obviously you need to stop smoking.

I am using Elocon Cream. I feel that its effective. I will use it for two weeks doctor. Can this cream be used for anything else? like for pimples or for reducing the black marks (Pimple marks) or anything? Pls suggest

Remedy for acne

Detailed Answer:
Hi

you may use this cream for minor eczema, insect bite etc but not for acne or acne marks.
For acne and dark spots you may use Clindac- A solution 1% for day time use and Deriva CMS gel(Adapalene 0.1% + Clindamycin 1%) for night application. These should be sufficient if you have mild to moderate grade of acne. For more severe grade of acne you may also need oral medication.
