Brief Answer:
You can use these creams - "Melalite" (Retinoin) and "SkinGlo"(Niacinamide)

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

1. I congratulate you on your initiative and will power to start dieting as to improve your health and physical well being and attractiveness. I wish you the best of luck in achieving your goals of weight loss.

2. The glow of skin and dark circles on your eyes may not have anything to do with the diet efforts that you are undertaking.

3. However, there is an effective solution. You can purchase an allopathic skin cream available without a doctors prescription, in most pharmacies. This skin cream is called by the popular brand name melalite. This contains this medicine,
"retinoin" and some other ingredients that also help in skin lightening. I suggest that you purchase this cream today and apply it twice daily, as per recommendations.

4. And Melalite skin cream is highly effective in reducing the skin cells called as melalanocytes, that contain "melanin", a coloring pigment, that causes the skin to grow darker, as the amount and number of these cells increase.

5. "Melalite" cream is the first line of treatment for hyper pigmentation by dermatologists in XXXXXXX It is cheap and readily available.

6. There is another skin cream, that is again an allopathic medicine called as "Skin-Glo" This is one of the more popular brand names. This contains a different medicine called as niacinamide. To make it simple, this is like a "tonic" to your skin. This is more expensive, and less effective than "Melalite", but you can use this with "melalite" as both creams do not conflict and you will receive more benefit.

7. I hope you have been helped by this detailed answer to your question.
