Sometime i get back pain but that tool small and some neck or shoulder pain very mild but that too for my posture of prolonged sitting as well

Gas is due to mostly due to stress you are having these days.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I think your gas is due to stress these days.
So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
It is better to take pantoprazole and levosulperide combination.
Levosulperide is pro kinetic drug and it is best for gas.
Will you able to get this combination over the counter?
And have you taken any adult respiratory vaccines?
These vaccines are for prevention of lung diseases into future.
So please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Apply warm water pad and ice packs on affected areas.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Since your cough is subsided, no need to worry for ciprofloxacin and levocetrizine.
Take only pantoprazole and levosulperide combination, ibuprofen.
Also apply warm water pad and ice packs on affected areas.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Also get done influenza vaccine annually and pneumococcal vaccine every five yearly to prevent recurrent viral and bacterial respiratory tract infections.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
