Question: I HAVE HAD SOME PAIN IN MY CHEST AND HAVE BEEN TO THE HEART DOCTOR FOR A FULL WORK UP (STRESS TEST AND ECHO), ALL WERE FINE. THIS PAIN COMES AND GOES BUT IS DISTURBING AND LASTS QUITE AWHILE. IT'S TOWARDS THE CENTER BUT BEHIND MY LEFT BREAST. COULD THIS BE A GULLBLADDER ISSSUE OR ANOTHER PROBLEM?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Since you have done cardiac check up (stress test and echo) that were normal than other causes are to be blamed for your symptoms.

Gastrointestinal disorders are the most common causes of your symptoms once that cardiac issues have been ruled out.

GERD and gallbladder issues are the most common gastrointestinal disorders.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations:
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Upper endoscopy

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
