Suggest Remedies For Bowel Incontinence

Question: Hi: When I have a bowel movement, and I wipe until I get all of the stool cleaned up or so I think, if I then sit or walk, I may have to go back and wipe again as there is stool in the area again, and if I wait too long to wipe it off, it may burn as if I have had diarrhea and gone 4 or 5 times. My stools are good in shape and no blood. Just this so called leaking. I have tried to wipe with a moistened cloth and that seems to help and be the best thing to relieve this. What should I do?
