Hello XXXXXXX

The things you are describing may be separate issues so I will address them individually:

How long have you been having the stool changes? And when was the last time you had a colonoscopy? If you have not had one recently, in the past few years, it may be time to have it repeated.

The vision and hearing I do not think to be related to the other problems. See your eye doctor as you likely need a new prescription. And it's possible you may need a hearing aid. Go to a reputable place, such as a university hospital, if you have access to one near you, for an audiology consult and hearing test.

About the achiness all over: this may be due to degenerative joint disease which can come on with age, but best to go in to see your doctor to evaluate this as autoimmune causes can also create these symptoms. Evaluation should include a physical exam of your joints, possibly an Xray of the ones most painful, and blood work to look for autoimmune causes (ANA, sedimentation rate).

I cannot say what the swelling all over may be - you need to be seen in person for this to get a better idea. A chemistry panel to include BUN, creatinine, and albumen are a good idea for sorting this out.

I hope this information gives you a start for how to proceed. Please let me know if I can provide further information.
