Suggest Remedies For Blurred Vision Post A Retina Repair Surgery
Question: I had cataract lens replacement (laser) about a year ago - no problems then, this May I had a detached retina, had surgery to repair, and now am being told that my vision in the operated eye will not get any better - vision is "wavy" and objects appear smaller or farther away than they really are - could the detached retina be a result of cataract surgery?

This may happen due to small amount of damage which occurred to the retina. This retinal damage is not much as quantitatively you see well but qualitatively there are some defects.
There is no further treatment for this, as most of these damaged layers do not regenerate. Still over a period of time either the defects improve or our eyes get adjusted to them, both conditions are welcome to us.
