Question: Three weeks ago I developed bi-lateral swelling of feet and ankles. I have no discoloration or pain other than skin feels taut. Recently had physical which was

Hi and welcome to HCM. I think your typing got discontinued, please let me know about the physical.

Bilateral swelling in most cases indicate heart disease, and usually congestive heart disease. Also, kidney disfunction or liver disorders are possible causes. You should get done some cardiological tests,12 lead ECG, ergometry test and heart ultrasound (2D Echocardiography) along with CBC, KFT, LFT and electrolytes to rule out these diseases.

Till then, try to regulate your blood pressure, avoid salty food, regulate body mass.
