Question: There is bad odor between my thighs esoecially when i sweat or nit shower tgat day .. How can i can treat this ?

It appears to be fungal infection. You need antifungal creams to treat this

You might have developed fungal infection.
Clotrimazole powder to be applied twice daily for a month should help you.
Your daughter in law might have developed otosclerosis.
In this condition bones in the inner ear get fixed and cause decreased hearing.
Surgery is the only way to treat this.
