Brief Answer:
clonazepam will help. do deep breathing exercise

Detailed Answer:
Hi Chiatnya,

Thanks for contacting me directly.

These urges are part of your OCD.

For immediate relief you should take more clonazepam (maximum 0.5 mg 3 times a day). Using deep breathing technique will help in relieving anxiety.
Take deep breath inhale for 3seconds; keep it inside chest for 3 seconds and exhale for 3 seconds. Do this when you feel nervous or 4-5 times a day for 10 minutes each.
For specific improvement you need optimum dose of SSRI medicine.

Let me know,

- Which medicines are going on, since when and in which dose?
- Have you discussed about CBT with your psychiatrist?

I will be happy to help further after your response.

Brief Answer:
stop ativan and venlor xr

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for information.

There is need of increasing fluvoxamine 300 mg per day and zapiz 0.25 in noon as well as one more when you feel more anxious.
You can increase the same for a while and inform your treating doctor soon.

As you are feeling sleepy during daytime I recommend stopping ativan and venlor xr as they can cause such sedation. Before stopping them ask your doctor about the same.

Take care.
