Brief Answer:
Oral hygiene maintenance, treatment of cause of bad breath..

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX .
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain maintenance of teeth can be done with regular brushing, gargling and flossing habits..
-You should brush your teeth twice a day with a soft toothbrush and avoid using very hard toothbrush bristles.
-Gargle with antiseptic mouthwash twice a day after meals..
-You should floss daily to remove debris from areas in between you teeth and it is necessary as the inter-dental areas [that is areas in between the teeth] is more prone to get decayed due to lack of cleaning..
-You should always gargle after eating anything..
-Chew more of raw foods like carrots, apples and other hard foods and fruits as they have cleaning action over teeth and tongue by friction..
-Drink plenty of water to avoid dryness in mouth as it can also cause tooth decay..
- Limit intake of sweet and stick foods like chocolates and sweets and make sure to clean them completely from teeth after eating..
-Go for regular dental check-up every after 6 months..

Secondly as far as bad breath is concerned it is commonly due to causes like: Poor oral hygiene, Oral and dental infections, Tonsil stones or Tonsilloliths, Post nasal drip, Sinusitis, Acid reflux, Diabetes etc..

So I would like to know a few more details so that I can guide you better..
1. Since how long you are suffering from bad breath?
2.Do you have any decayed teeth or gum infection like pus and blood discharge from gums, gum swelling?
3.Do you commonly suffer from cold or stomach upset?
4.Do you take any medications?
5.Do you experience dry mouth?
6. Any medical problems?

Kindly revert back with answers..
