Brief Answer:
This is fungal overgrowth

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

You have candida overgrowth. It can become disseminated due to lowered immunity or altered flora after medicine use. You can try topical candid.

In such cases I have seen that antifungals usually get prescribed but then you will need repeated administration of these medicines to keep it in control.

Best is to take steps to increase immunity. It does not mean testing and more medicines. It means lowering the intake of medicines, taking more of fruits and salad, exercising daily for atleast 30 min. Exercise can include gym, walk, yoga, swimming, cycling, etc. Try some breathing techniques to get relief from related stress and also expel toxins from breath.

Candida is usually acquired from contaminated water. Therefore take hygienic food and cleanest drinking water with tds less than 20. These steps will help with the athletes foot and dandruff.

Try these recommendations and let me know if it helps.
