Brief Answer:
Please attach a photo.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Can you please attach a picture of affected joints?
Were this joints recently under cold air impact?
Is this the first time you have it?
Have you had any alcohol recently or protein rich diet?

To stop the gout attack, Colchicine medicine is advised. I suggest you to take 0,5 mg three times a day until the pain will be gone. After that, I suggest you to avoid alcohol and protein rich products. If this is the first time you have it, most likely it wont come back. If this recurs, Allopurinol 100 mg once a day should be considered.
For the pain management, Diclophenac can be taken.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
