I've gone thorough your query and understand your concern,

Now can you please clarify what do you mean by lot of "dark spots left by poles" ? or are you trying to say that you want to get rid of acne scars and holes over the face ?

Now both of these are inter-related problems..

The first important thing to do is try not to touch them or pop them , as it causes infections and further scarring of the outer layer of the skin(epidermis)..


Secondly, try to avoid direct sun exposure as much as possible, and if you have to go out, please use proper sungoggles and scarf to cover the face..

Try to wash your face thoroughly with plenty of cold water through out the day, this is the best remedy as it'll not only remove dirt and unnecessary moistures but also will help the skin to remain moisturized..

Use good quality Sunscreen lotion with at least SPF 30+ , use it prior to go outdoor..this help in reduction of further tanning..

Avoid salty/junk/too much sugary foods/chocolates as well as too much caffeine containing drinks..

Apply face pack containing aloe-vera and sandal every day at night prior to go to bed (after thoroughly washing the face) for at least a month and observe how you stay..

Drink plenty of water(3-3.5 ltr per day), stay well hydrated..

Apply another face pack containing freshly squished Orange juice and yoghurt (pref. home made and unflavored) once daily in the day time for at least 2-3 weeks and observe the changes..

If despite doing these, the pores persist then i'd advice you to a visit to any dermatologist / beauty spa where they'll apply chemical pack to remove them, but at first please try these..

Now before start applying any cream, you should note that none of them actually remove the scars, but actually lighten the black pigmentation over a period of weeks to even months (depends from individual person to person) so that they become less noticeable..

That's why till date the best management is the chemical face packs as well as natural supplementation and dermal fillers and laser therapy by the Dermatologists..

However you can try Mederma Scar Cream Plus SPF 30 or Revitol Scar Removal Cream (you need to search for it in big pharmacy / advanced Spa)..

However the results of these are time consuming and still not really very effective, so for a quick response and better outcome in long term, I'd still advice you to follow all those measures which I've already mentioned and it's always better to visit a Dermatologist later on for a Dermal filler and further management as the results are quite fast and satisfactory and minimal side effects..
