Suggest Remedies For Abdominal Pain After Meals

Question: Hi my name is XXXX I have a symptom of falling asleep after eating The Third Meal also something bother me on my right side under the reaps and I have trouble breathing .and my stomach got big.if I wanted to feel better I had to make a tea , or eat a small portion . everything start three years ago when the doctor discover that I have H-pillory .The symptoms At that time was stomach pain and abdominal pain , also I had constipation in different area of my stomach at that time , One time I have the pain so bad that I was swearing And my skim got yellow and I was dissy, the nest day I have to go to the emergency room But they didn't find anything, I already seen three doctors, my head doctor and two stomach a specialist gastroenterology .i have done one colonoscopy three endoscopy and three Biopsies,Doctor says that I have chronic gastritis , as a solution doctor referral b12 and medication for the stress . I took only the b12. I wasn't convinced of the results. Please if you have something in mind what could be, could you please let me know thank you . My email. YYYY@YYYY

Feeling sleepy post food is common and is normal, I don't think you need to worry about this.
I feel based on the information provided by you I feel, your symptoms are might be due to GERD.
Only pharmacological measures will not be helpful, along with it few non pharmacological measures need to be followed.
I'll suggest you few tips that will be beneficial. Avoid eating spicy food, alcohol and smoking if any. Avoid oily food. Avoid eating fast food, outside food, eat freshly prepared home made food. Add more fibres to your diet, eat more vegetables, fresh fruits. Avoid or restrict the intake of meet. Eat curd it will be beneficial. Eat small frequent meals instead of heavy meals. Avoid or reduce the consumption of coffee, tea. If you feel sleepy post food, take a nap for 15 to 20 minutes.
Do regular exercise, 30 to 40 minutes of brisk walk in the morning. Avoid lying down after food, walk for 10 to 20 minutes post food.

Pharmacological measures include acid reducing agent like capsule omeprazole 20 mg daily empty stomach before breakfast for 15 days.

Kindly follow this measures there should be improvement in your symptoms.

Those symptoms start three years ago after I have a meal in the afternoon since I am not the same, most of the doctor tell me that it's normal to feel sleepy after I have meal , but to be honest this is not normal to me , I am not feeling tired I feel like I m bein injected with anesthesia , could you Splaine to me the pain on my right side under the reap, I don't eat red meat, not Beens , not drink alcohol , not spicy,

For sample like today I eat around 8:30 PM Cheeking mash potatoand after half an hour i start falling asleep very badly, I feel not strength and I had to use one of those asthma spray that a doctor recommend me one time because I had trouble breathing,the funniest thing is after I pump three times I was getting much better but not sleeping not more I just stand up normal . It may sound crazy but I tried to described to you to give you a better idea.

Another sample today after I eat some fresh cherries , I had such a bad allergy, might throw start closing , I have to take two Benadryl allergy symptoms,, it happen before with fresh apple two time and kiwi one time .

Also I do not smoke. I m a hard worker . I'm a plumber technician .
