Question: Have a pimple looking sore (small amd white) on right top eyelid. Not sure what it is but been there for two weeks

It seems like a stye to me which is a bacterial infection of the eyelash.
I suggest you to take an oral antibiotic e.g amoxicillin 500 mg, 3x daily for a week.
Topically you may apply an antibiotic eye ointment e.g ciproloxacin eye ointment, 2x daily for a week.
