Brief Answer:
Pros and cons need to be weighed

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

There is certainly a way. You can get all your teeth removed and replace them with artificial dentures. Certainly, this will be a way to avoid looking stupid with braces. But from a practical point of view, I do not think that would be wise. There cannot be any way by which miraculously the teeth fall back in the place they should have been in. They therefore have to be restricted. The braces apply such a restricted. As the surrounding structures grow, the teeth remain in the same place (restrained) and therefore appear to fall back in place.

Sorry to state bluntly, there is no other way. You would either have to accept the malaligned teeth for life or braces for a certain period of time.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
