Suggest Reliable And Accurate Test For Tuberculosis

Question: Hi,
I am a 32 year old female ttc for 4yrs. I have mild polycystic ovaries. My uterus is normal. I have no blocked tubes . I had done a interferon gamma test for Tuberculosis, the report came as negative. But when an mpcr test was conducted with mensuration blood , it came as positive. Which test report should be considered for tuberculosis?

I have read you query and I understand your concerns about Tuberculosis ( TB ).

Following is my reply:

1) PCR is more reliable. You can consider taking AKT for 6 months.

2) After 6 months of treatment, please go ahead with IVF as your age is already 32 which is higher side.

3) Dont waste anymore time. Finish AKT and go for IVF.
