Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic
I understand your concern but frankly there is no medicine proven to have a role in improving pigmentation of the baby in uterus.
Fir health of the baby take folic acid regularly and take iron and calcium tablets as and when advised.
Take good amount of protein in your diet and avoid excess of tea and coffee.
