Brief Answer:
complete denture, removable, implant supported

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.

the common economical treatment for the edentulous upper ridge is a removable complete denture.
for lower ridge, if the remaining two teeth are firm and have sufficient bone support we can take support of those teeth and fabricate a over denture. If teeth are weak then it has to go for extraction and then followed by fabrication of complete denture.

the second option will be implant supported dentures. Where an multiple implants will be placed within the bone and over that dentures will be fabricated. Here the denture will be fixed to the implants. But this treatment is expensive.
If I am your treating doctor, I would have suggested you to go for removable complete dentures.
I hope my answer will help you.

Take care.
