Brief Answer:
Somethings can be achieved, but sadly not all

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I would like you to first understand that bullous pemphigoid (BP) is condition that deals with blisters and an immunocompromised state. In such a scenario, trying to treat the person naturally would indeed be slightly difficult and not as effective as treating them with medications.

Medications target:

1. Reduce inflammation: To help reduce inflammation we can help add foods that are natural anti-inflammatories to her diet like:
-Fatty fish (e.g salmon, tuna, sardines)
-Dark leafed greens (e.g. XXXXXXX broccoli)
-Soy
-Grains
-Nuts
-Tomatoes
-Peppers
-Dairy (preferably low-fat)
-Turmeric
-Garlic
-Onions
-Berries
-Tart cherries
-Olive oil
-Beet root

+Cover the blisters with a sterile bandage

+Prevent or avoid getting hurt: This can cause the blisters to get irritated or burst resulting in worsening of the condition

+If at all the blisters are inside the oral cavity then she has to completely avoid eating foods or drinks that can irritate the blisters like fried food, crunchy food, chips, hard food, raw fruits and vegetables, etc.

2. Immunocompromised state: This is necessary to prevent the body from further worsening the symptoms of the condition, and this cannot be achieved naturally so I am afraid we cannot attain this through a natural approach

I hope and pray both you and your sister recover just with the generosity and mercy of the great Lord. I also hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
