Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting your query.

I can understand your concern for the hair fall.
Although there are many products for hair growth which include Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) inhibitors like Propecia and Avodart and hair regrowth promoters like Rogaine (minoxidil), but Rogaine (topical minoxidil) and Propecia (finasteride) are the only drugs approved by the FDA to treat pattern baldness (hair loss as a result of hereditary causes).

Permanent hair loss can also be treated by hair replacement procedures, such as hair transplantation methods (like micro-grafting, slit grafting, punch grafting) and by scalp reduction.

These are the permanent methods of hair regrowth and can be opted for. But if you are not interested in the permanent method then
i would recommend you to start with minoxidil 10 percent lotion on the affected areas of the scalp. The dose is 1 ml twice daily.

Also take tablet finasteride 1 mg once daily at bedtime.

You need to continue these medicines for 4-5 months to see any significant response and for at least 1 year to have maximum benefit.

These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Moreover you can go for adjuvant therapies like platelet rich plasma therapy for hair regrowth.
It is done by a dermatologist at some good centre.

Take care
