Brief Answer:
Lubricants can be used

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for the information.I understand your concern.
In my opinion the vaginal dryness occurs due to decreased secretions.
It might be due to yeast infection ,less libido
etc.
Dont worry. Its not a major problem and can be relieved.
Let the infection get cleared completely and avoid intercourse for 2 weeks.
Use K-Y jelly vaginal lubricants during the intercourse.
Taking more time for foreplay during the intercourse helps in lubrication naturally by increasing the secretions.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your query.I understand your concern.
In my opinion usually abstinence upto 2 weeks is advised in case of vaginal infection to avoid discomfort and to tissue heal from the infection.
But if it is comfortable then it is no harm to undergo intercourse.
So nothing to worry.
Hope this satisfies your query.
