Brief Answer:
Sertraline or Effexor can be combined with Remeron

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. You have anxiety, depression and insomnia and are on Mirtazapine (Remeron). You have taken Paroxetine and Cipralax but couldn't tolerate. Effexor or Venlafaxine can be taken with Mirtazapine but the drug can cause increase in anxiety during first week of therapy. This restlessness and anxiety reduces with time and you will start seeing improvement.

Apart from Effexor medicines like Sertraline (same group as Paxil or Cipralax) can be tried. The drug is relatively safer and is better tolerated than all other SSRIs. The drug will help in good sleep also.

Alternatively you can increase the doses of Pregabalin which would result in anti anxiety effect of that drug also.

So just to sum up Sertraline or Venlafaxine can be combined with Mirtazapine. Dose of Pregabalin can be increased. Both options will help in better control of anxiety. Discuss with your doctor and take proper prescriptions of these drugs.

Thanks, Please ask again for more doubts.
