Brief Answer:
Asthma needs management, medicine + Allergen

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking!
Thank you for asking. Asthma needs to be graded first in order to advise the best medicines for that grade. Pharmacologic management includes the use of relief and control agents. Control agents include inhaled corticosteroids, inhaled cromolyn (Intal) or nedocromil (Tilade), long-acting bronchodilators, theophylline (Theo-24, Theochron, Uniphyl), leukotriene modifiers, and anti-IgE antibodies. Relief medications include short-acting bronchodilators, systemic corticosteroids, and ipratropium (Atrovent).

The pharmacologic treatment of asthma is based on stepwise therapy. Asthma medications should be added or deleted as the frequency and severity of the patient's symptoms change.

I want you to know that Environmental exposures and irritants can play a strong role in symptom exacerbations. The use of skin testing or in vitro testing to assess sensitivity to perennial indoor allergens is important. Once the offending allergens are identified, next step is how to avoid them. Efforts should focus on the home, where specific triggers include dust mites, animals, cockroaches, mold, and pollen.

Some new advancements in this management are allergen immunotherapy, Monoclonal antibody therapy like omalizumab and bronchial thermoplasty. These have been proved to be effective against all grades of resistant and persistent asthmas.

COnsult your pulmonologist and allergist and immunologist for further management and discuss the options i mentioned with them. Let them select what is best for you.

Brief Answer:
None effective except singulaire,

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking!
The only medicine helping your asthma amongst mentioned medicines is Singulair. It is a montelukast primarily indicated for asthma. Nasonex and enever nasal sprays are all nasal anti allergics and primarily indicated for allergic rhinitis and nasal polyps.
Nexium is not even the indication. It is a proton pump inhibitor and is used for gastric troubles.
I wonder why are you prescribed these three things for asthma. Only singulair is good for asthma. But it would need more than that as i mentioned and instead of nasal steroids, steroid inhalers would be a better option but they need to be advised after categorizing the grade of asthma. Get to a pulmonologist and let them help you with best meds.
I hope it helps. DOnt forget to close the discussion please
Take care
